Very clean, but the bed is extremely uncomfortable. Double bed is two twin beds together which is ridiculous because beds have high borders. I wouldn’t rate it 4 star hotel. 2 the most

Very friendly staff, rooms are below average. Attention on the double beds as they are old made with metal frame and the doubles are actually two singles put together and you can easily hurt yourself if you drop yourself on the middle where the metal bars are running!

Enjoyable stay

Our overnight stay was enjoyable. We got an upgrade as our tv wasn't working in our first room. The girl at reception was really helpful. All the staff were great. Good selection of food for breakfast.

Mixed bag for this hotel, great staff but issues

Blimey, this is hard. Nice staff, quiet location outside of the noisier centre & good breakfast. The room I had was a good size although I did ask for non-smoking & ended up in smoking (no smell though). Biggest issue was the bed. Decent mattress but placed on a bed base with slats spaced with 8 inch gaps in between - result? You could put your hand under the bed whilst in it & feel the mattress bulging through gaps (& I mean bulging). Why do this to decent mattresses & mess up your customers sleep? Crazy. Unless you want to end up with a slatted back (ouch!) the only thing to do - which I did - was to put the mattress on the floor. There were 2 beds in my room & both were the same. I slept comfortably on the floor but let's face it, it's not what you really want :( Not good enough. This could be a great little hotel but please sort your bed frames out!!

Sejour Novi Sad

Novi sad est une ville magnifique, je conseille a tout le monde d y aller. Nous sommes pas resté longtemps, juste le temps de se reposer sur le chemin du retour en France, mais à coup sur nous y retournerons. Pour ce qui est de l'hotel, pour le prix on peut pas s'attendre à beaucoup mieux. Personnel très accueillant, parking sécurisé, 10 min du centre en voiture tout au plus ... le seul bémol est la piscine, qui est finalement payante, est assez dangereuse avec les enfants car le sol est très glissant, de plus la qualité de l'eau laisse vraiment à désirer.

Reception sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut. Bett durchgelegen und quietschen. Bekam aber nach Beschwerde ein Zimmer nach hinten. Das Frühstücksbüfett könnte besser sein. Mal fehlte Besteck, dann Teller, es wurde nicht nachgelegt. Das Hotel bietet ein Schwimmbad an. Für mich ein Grund, für die Hotelbuchung. Die Benutzung ist kostenpflichtig. Das wird nicht erwähnt. 5€ pro Person für jeweils 2 Stunden!!!

Fair Cheap hotel

The hotel is generally OK,we found a buuble gum sticked on a bed post. Wi-Fi was bad and not working half of the time, the bed was terrible and so were the pillows. The fridge was good and the price of the room was Ok.

l'hotel è lontano dal centro, quindi necessita la macchina. Per entrare in doccia bisognava scavalcare il water a modi corsa ad ostacoli. Abbiamo prenotato la piscina/sauna ma adducendo la scusa di doverla pulire intanto è stata data ad una famiglia serba lasciando in braghe di tele o meglio in costume.

Vi hade verkligen otur, bokade hotellet pga de skulle ha spa, poolen var inte igång och vi lyckades inte boka massage tiden. Vi blev uppgraderade till största rummet men den var inte så fräsch.

Good overall, could do with minor improvements

Nice modern hotel a bit out of the city (and hence away from the noise). Our room had a view of a derelict warehouse (not something the hotel can help, but in case anyone wants a hotel with great views... ) - we kept the curtains drawn! The only other thing that bothered me a little was the bed sheet had a sizeable hole in it (three inches in diameter), and the pillows didn't seem to be very good quality as they were leaking pillow stuffing all over the place. For a 4 star hotel you would expect a bit better. Having said that the price was fantastic and the included breakfast was decent enough. They even make you espresso (cappuccino, latte, etc) to order which is a nice touch for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Der erste Eindruck ist ganz gut. Sauberkeit geht so. Im Zimmer gab es viele Mücken und viele kleine Blutflecken an den Wänden vermutlich von getöteten Mücken. Im Bad gab es an den Fugen Schimmel, Duschkabinentür war defekt, Bettdecken zu dick für 30 Grad - keine Alternative. Für eine Übernachtung nach langer Fahrt ist das Hotel geeignet, mehr aber nicht. Würde kein zweites Mal dort übernachten. Bad und Spa Bereich haben wir nicht gesehen, da wir nur auf der Durchfahrt waren.
