"Our stay was very comfortable! The hotel is very clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly. For a family of 3, we noticed the room was tight though, especially that we had a 3 year old with us with so many items! Overall, I would recommend the hotel."

"The location was fantastic unlike I expected. I always stayed at Lotte City Hotel Gimpo Airport but Lotte City Hotel Guro is much better in terms of the eatery places and other facilities. The parking was also very convenient. I was surprised that there were so many foreigners because Guro is not the tourist place."

"Centrally located within Seoul in Myeongdong, but just outside (essentially one block removed) of all the action so it is much more quieter and a significant positive for me. Staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Highly recommend having the buffet at least once on your visit. Hotel is conveniently located next to the subway so it is extremely easy and accessible to get around every major neighborhood. It is also walking distance to Seoul Station, but I would recommend taking a cab/taxi/Uber for convenience as the area is generally within a major node for traffic."
