Good quality and value

I had a good time at the hotel since it was clean and a nice suite. I ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and it was good quality food. All the people I encountered were courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was generally clean, staff was very polite and courteous. We were on our anniversary and they gave us an upgrade on our room. The only reason I didn’t give the 5 stars is because we had to ask for hand towels as none were in the room and the towels looked very old and not the fresh white you expect from a good hotel!

The room was ok. I expected a bit more from this hotel. There was no A/C in the lobby nor restaurant. Room was ok. It looked quite a bit worn., ac in room worked fine. Had a bit of trouble with the toilet at first but that got fixed quickly. I got to say. breakfast was absolutely delicious. Again, the downside was that they had no A/C in the restaurant. The people working at the hotel were all great people with experience and the will to help the customer and make him feel welcome., no exceptions.

Okay Stay!

It was a comfortable stay specially after the ac was set for us. The TV was not working and called the reception desk twice to report it. Neither time did they sent any technician to repair it. Eventually we were transferred to another room next to our daughter and things improved. My husband and I are seniors and we use canes to ambulate. The back door was locked at 10:30 which made it difficult for us, having to walk all the way to the front door from the rear parking lot. Reported to the clerks in the front desk. Recommended that they used a machine to check the key card or lock it later or have a video that shows guests at the door and have someone open it. Location was excellent and easy to get around

I didn’t like it, the room is big , but everything is old, every time i was talking a shower was water everywhere, the shower doesn't have door, is only half glass door, so water is out of the shower, tv is old only cable doesn’t have smart tv, no security , and food is expensive… no chair in the table, and the beds aren’t comfortable
