This was my first time going to Mexico, and this hotel was absolutely amazing. The food was so good - so good in fact that I didn't even venture into town to try the local food. Amazing staff, clean rooms, very friendly. It's going to be difficult for me to go to any other resort other than this one

The staff were amazing! Always super friendly and kept smiling at us! The hotel was pretty clean, and many good restaurants at the hotel which was included! The beach, pool area and the whole hotel area were clean! The staff who checked us in was named Jonathan and he was so sweet and gave us good recommendations. We highly recommend this hotel and we’ll be back with no doubt! Had a fantastic vacation at Riu palace Pacifico! Btw, the RIU party is super fun don’t miss it out!

The nighttime activities are very limited or almost nonexistent. I found the beds uncomfortable, and the shower practically only has boiling hot water. The food is very good and the service is good as well

I can’t say enough about this property. If you have the opportunity to stay here and do it. It was my first time in Puerto Vallarta, although I’ve been to Cancun Tulum. The staff was excellent. The food was great. The beverage options were excellent. Super clean facilities. And it’s lovely because it is adults only. At the palace, you can also use the pools and bars at the other two properties which are walkable and nearby.

We would definitely stay here again. Loved this “adult only” resort, beautiful and well maintained. The food was amazingly delicious. We had the elite package, which means you can make dinner reservations also be able to go into their sections for elite only on the beach and one beautiful sophisticated looking bar.
