The management was very friendly, and the hotel was clean and quiet. I was travelling with my husband and the room was very small (read: tough to open our luggage in the room as there was basically zero floorspace). The hotel did offer to upgrade us to a bigger room mid stay, but it really felt like the room we were offered from the start was way too small for what was being charged; and moving rooms mid business trip is impractical (we didn't end up moving). That being said breakfast was healthy and quality and the staff were 5star friendly.

I had a very super experience, its very central and close to the nurnberg exhibition, I would have given the Hotel 5 stars, but i where not able to get an invoice, even I payed the first day -I still haven't got the signed receipt, and we have 2 times given them a reminder - The guys in the reception where very friendly and tried to help me, but for what i could understand where the computer down (but its nearly one week ago

Bathroom Cigarette Smell

The bathroom smelt terribly of cigarette smoke, I'm not sure why, I think it came in from the air conditioning/fan in there, but it would not leave no matter what. I kept the door closed and the smell did not linger into the room so I was thankful for that.

The hotel wasn't very clean, there was a lot of dust under my bed and spider webs on lamps. My bigger issue was with reception, because on Saturday morning, there was no one when I wanted to check out so I had to just left keys there, because after waiting 20 minutes I had to go to catch a train.
