We stayed at the St. Regis in early April as a family of five, including two small children, and had an absolutely unforgettable experience. Initially, we had checked into another 5-star property, but the location didn’t meet our expectations, and we decided to move to St. Regis—a decision we’ll always be glad we made.
While the physical property itself is breathtaking, what truly sets St. Regis apart is its exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by multiple staff members, including the Manager, Felix, who consistently provided extraordinary assistance throughout our stay. It felt as though the entire staff knew our family by name, greeting us whenever we walked by or entered a restaurant—this level of personalized service was remarkable.
We were assisted by several butlers (Putra, Ernie, & Edi) during our visit, all of whom went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our children still talk about Edi, who kindly drove them to the kids' club when we realized we were running late for our spa appointment.
Beyond the impeccable service, the breakfast options were incredible, with a wide variety to suit every palate. The private beach was a unique feature, elevating our Bali experience, although we spent much of our time relaxing by the stunning pools.
We’re already planning our next trip back to St. Regis. The only downside is that the team has set such a high standard that we’re unsure if any other hotel will be able to compete!
