Staff was Amazing upon check-in. So grateful they allowed cash deposit, especially after my card was stolen. I stopped by another hotel I've stayed at previously and was not willing to work with me. They were very adamant about having a card on file for deposit 🙄. I would most definitely stay at this location in the future.

Property run down- room was filthy- stains on bedspread and sheets- had to ask for another room. Breakfast options slim yogurt was sour. The only redeeming thing was the dog stayed for free.

Staff was friendly and nice. Hotel was old and not really all that clean. We did not get room cleaning and fresh towels when we requested, coffee was always out. I say these things, but it is a budget hotel so overall probably was what was expected. The staff always tried to make it right.

The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and the water was so cold that after 10 minutes the kids lips were turning blue. Our room was awful. The fridge leaked water all over the floor, there was a hole in the bathroom door, the doorknob was broken, the dresser was broken, the tv didn't work right most of the channels didn't work. Breakfast was very limited. The food was not refilled after it ran out.

We are traveling across country on a budget so for the price this was an excellent stay. Comfortable bed, real shower. Here are some issues, if mitigated, would have uped my review to 4. Hallway carpet and room carpet need a good cleaning. Overhead light in room was burned out,, refrigerator cabinet door was damaged, no hair dryer, icemaker 2nd floor was out of commission. Overall noise level from room above and hallway was noticeable. It's the little things that make to stars! Breakfast area was in really good condition and food plentifyl. The luggage carts we stable and easy to manage.
