"the hotel is good location and room is not bad. But I suffered seriously flu in flying and cancled all the meetings to fly back to home for fever and very uncomfortable body, when I talked to them try to cancel one night, nobody agreed to that. SO I just felt so disappointed for the service. I even lost my voice but nobody like to help me. so the hotel condition is not important but the human being is most important."
