It is located convenient to and walking distance to the commercial district, shopping, restaurants, ice cream shops, arcade, putt-putt, grocery stores, skate park, splash pad, basketball, tennis, parks, and more. Why drive when you can walk? The oceanfront is non rebuildable so enjoy the amazing, unobstructed views from the comfort of the large, covered deck. The house plan is one that fits most family needs with 2 ocean view facing bedrooms and two facing the pool. With an open gathering room, kitchen, and dining area, no one will be left out of any conversation.
