Located on a rare undeveloped stretch of the Intracoastal Waterway, our spacious, pet-friendly luxury home offers privacy, comfort, and everything you need for a relaxing family vacation or couples' retreat. Nestled among elegant trees and quiet streets, you're just a 5-minute drive to the beach, yet far enough to enjoy peace, space, and nature.

Fantastic house and amenities!

The house itself was gorgeous, as was the furniture. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and the pier! Plenty of places to sleep and a kitchen with everything we needed for cooking. I would definitely rent here again!

Wonderful Vacation

Wonderful vacation home

We really enjoyed our recent stay. This is a beautiful home and wonderfully manicured lawn with palms, ferns and more. It’s got a beautiful feeling of being secluded while being close to everything OKI has to offer. The host was wonderful to communicate with. Highly recommend this home.

So happy we booked work Vrbo and this owner! The experience was nearly perfect all around, and when it wasn’t, the owner was responsive and gracious to make it perfect. We hope to make this Oak Island getaway a regular for our family.

Very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Communication with owner was superb. Our family loved the location and layout of the house was exceptional. Not to forget about the private dock. My son and grandson had their bellies full of fishing. My wife commented this was one of the most beautiful properties we’ve stayed at during our family vacations ( that speaks for itself).

Absolutely perfect!

This is hands down the cleanest and well kept house on the inter coastal in Oak Island! Everything was perfect! The private pier was so relaxing and offered great fishing and views! Every detail was well thought thru by owner! We can’t wait to come back!!!

Everything was great property is as it’s says on description. Lisa worked with us on a scheduling matter, but everything was great. Would definitely recommend. Home was very clean and beautiful.

Highly recommend!

The location was great, not too close but not too far from the beach. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed! The outdoor living was where we spent the most time, relaxing in the screened room, fishing off the dock and we saw dolphins more than once! Owner communication was great, she initiated contact and was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!!

Completely impressed!

Our visit was awesome! So many activities for everyone: Paddle boards, fishing, biking and ping pong or just some lazy hammock porch relaxing with a good book. Beautiful outdoor scenery! The large living area and open kitchen allowed our family to all be together, cook our favorite foods and share our lives from this past year. Truly memorable. Special thanks to our wonderful host, Lisa!

A slice of heaven

Everything was immaculate! Such a cozy, homey, spacious home with a view of the ICW from all of the rooms! We used the fishing dock..caught one fish, but just the peacefulness of sitting and watching so many birds, an occasional boat and we even got treated to a dolphin sighting while enjoying coffee! Maybe just bring your own knives, like we did, and some measuring cups and measuring spoons if you decide to cook. Otherwise, you really just need to bring yourself, friends or family and prepare to relax!!!

Oak Island treat

We had a wonderful time the view of the intercoastal waterway was fantastic .We used the fir pit to fix smores,there was plenty of kitchen utensils,pots and pans . beds were very comfortable.The only downsides were the microwave digital read out did not work and several dead coach roaches appeared.

Quiet and relaxing waterway home

It was the perfect spacious place for us. Everybody in family except husband loves to fish. Pier made easy access for that. We saw an eagle twice, caught a few fish, and several large blue crabs. Linens were all very fresh and clean, as well as blankets and pillows. I sure hope we can revisit in future!

Just perfect!

We stayed in mid-August for a long weekend of fishing at lounging at the beach. The home fit our extended family of 7 beautifully. The neighborhood was quiet and well-maintained. The home itself was so inviting, with a well-stocked kitchen (bring your own knives), comfortable congregating areas, and beautiful views. Lisa was so helpful and communicative! It was fun fishing off the dock and catching a few blue crabs! 10/10 recommend.

Oak island get away

This property really deserves 5 stars in all catagorys. It was super clean and very nice. It was perfect in every way. We loved the pier and the way it was tucked back in the trees. It was like our own little paradise. We really enjoyed the bike rides and the ping pong table as well. Lisa made it super easy to check in and out and she was helpful in every way. This was one of the best houses we have stayed in. We will definately be back. Thanks Lisa for a Great house and wonderful property.
