Located only a few blocks from the Ocean Crest Fishing Pier and Island Way, this quaint retreat offers a cozy haven for up to 6 guests. Home offers a neutral color palette and beautifully exposed wood ceilings. Sea Spirit invites you to immerse yourself in the magic of the pristine shores of North Carolina.

As you step inside, you'll discover a living area that combines comfort and style effortlessly. The luxurious leather reclining couch and loveseat provide ample seating for everyone to relax while taking in the stunning ocean views through large windows. A flat-screen TV offers entertainment options for cozy nights in, while coastal artwork and decor infuse the space with delightful tranquility.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous cabinet space, a double basin sink, and classic tiled countertops that evoke timeless elegance. The dining area is just a few steps away, where you can enjoy meals with those exceptional ocean views. The dining table comfortably seats 6, perfect for family gatherings or intimate dinners.

The outdoor spaces are equally inviting, providing plenty of seating to soak in the ocean breezes or al fresco dining at the extra-large picnic table. Two rocking Adirondack chairs create the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening stargazing, while additional captain chairs offer extra comfort. Built-in benches add a lovely touch to this outdoor oasis, while the outdoor shower ensures sandy feet stay outside after fun-filled beach days.

Sea Spirit boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms designed to ensure restful nights. The spacious primary suite features a queen bed adorned with coastal vibes, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath — complete with a tub/shower combination, an updated vanity, and a stunning lighted mirror that adds a touch of glamour. The second bedroom, with its inviting double bed and furniture inspired by the seascape, creates a welcoming atmosphere. Meanwhile, the third bedroom is perfect for younger guests or friends with its two twin beds and beachy decor, including whimsical mermaids that add a playful touch.

Both the second and third bedrooms have easy access to a full hall bath featuring a spacious walk-in shower and an updated vanity, ensuring comfort for all guests during their stay. BEACH CREDIT
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more — the choice is yours. For this house, you are eligible for up to $235 credit on any beach gear. Please note this offer is only available for stays between April 1, 2024 and October 31, 2024.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
