It’s a nice motel in the heart of Oakland. You get what you pay for. Staff was super nice, rooms were clean, and you can’t beat the location. Perfect for a weekend stay. Super safe parking.

It was okay for the price but it wasn’t as pristine looking as the pictures. Marijuana & beer smells in the hall. Faint smell of bug spray in the room. A couple of cockroaches called it home. We got 2 rooms because we had 5 adults in our party. I think my husband’s room was a lot better than me and my son’s room.

Everything was great. The rooms were clean and the a/c actually worked this time. My ONLY issue was the blind strands of hair on the sheets. Had two beds so I was fine.

My stay here was good. Great location and the free parking was a nice touch. I wish they would invest some money into revamping the hotel. The hallways smell like cigarettes, everything needs a paint job. The bed frame was broken. Everything just feels really old and run down. It’s a shame because it’s in such a great location, wish for better for your place. Staff was great though.

The hotel has spiders and bugs. Although I can’t complain about the staff because they were actually helpful and kind. But the owner of the building should really consider renovating it. That will be no more than $50 a night. Honestly, I woke up in a roach was on the other bed dead!

It was a walkable area and I found it was easy to figure out how to use the bus and transit system! A few bars and restaurants near by in a 10 min walking distance down Broadway. Trips into the city of San Francisco was as easy as taking the BART station nearby! Save your money and time and take advantage of the all day pass and public transit in the city

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were the best part of my stay. But the hotel itself is different than the photos. It’s dirty, the hallway and some rooms smelled like urine, and there were run down or broken items throughout the hotel.
