"Hello, I've stayed at this hotel in 2023 & 2024; as overnight rider for Seattle to Portland (STP) event. Did the same this past weekend for the 2026 edition of the event. In 2023 & 2024, food & drinks at dinner were significantly better than this year, both in variety and quality. It was a disappointing to see hotel charging for similar drinks that were offered complementary in previous years. "It wasn’t my first time staying at this hotel, but this time the breakfast was disappointing. Breakfast was served from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. We came at 8:15 a.m., and there was almost nothing left to eat. It also seemed that no one was planning to replenish the food."

"We had a sick child and the hotel could not look past their silly policies and cancel our reservation. This is after we had already stayed there literally a day before for 3 nights. Sad."

"The water pressure was non-existent and never got hot water in the bathroom sink. The bathroom faucet vet was loose. I was told at check I needed to check out in person, I had to be at an event very early in the morning so I drove back to check out and the office was closed. I called the number on the door and was told just to put the key in a drop box. I wasted at least an hour and 20 miles to drive back. I was not happy and told them so."
