I can’t say enough wonderful things about this cute boutique hotel. The hotel owner, Emilio went out of his way to make me feel at home and generously shared all the going-ons during Dia de los muertos. Room was cleaned every day and little surprise gifts were often left in the room. These special little touches left a big impression. The neighborhood is amazing with plenty of great cafes and restaurants and beautiful street art. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to feel a bit more like a local in Oaxaca City.

This hotel is in a pleasant and easily walkable neighborhood. The rooms are nice, it's quiet, it's kept clean, and the rooftop deck is awesome. But the best part is Emilio. He rushed out to help us with parking before we even got to the door. He reassured us about our travel plans after the disturbing events of late February 2026. If you're going to Ciudad Oaxaca, this is where you should stay.

Ricardo es un excelente anfitrión, la habitación cómoda y limpia. Solamente el baño tenía una fuga de agua lo cual era bastante incómodo. La ubicación es muy céntrica y segura.

Habitación impecable y la atención y las recomendaciones de Ricardo fuero increíbles, en realidad les recomiendo el hospedaje. Del hotel al centro hay q caminarle como 15 mins pero si eso no es q problema , lo vas a disfrutar al caminar por las calles del barrio de Xochimilco

Una persona abusiva me cobró 5 noches fueron 4

Llegué de madrugada el día 21 el Dueño me recibió personalmente muy amable comentó que al otro día me registraba no lo hizo el fue muy correcto mientras estuve ahí , me dijo que si quería me iba a ahorrar la comisión del banco le di $500 dls lo cual no estuvo de acuerdo y fui personalmente al banco a sacar el efectivo me regreso mis $500 dólares y me cobró $9040.00 pesos me dio $60.00 pesos cambio ! Soy una persona de 78 años y no por eso no se hacer cuentas , al momento un día antes de mi salida le pague no me dio ningún recibo ,el día de mi salida la hice a las 11.00 Am , y le pedí me guardara mi equipaje ya que eso fue lo que me ofreció , yo le pedí una caja de seguridad y el primer día en la tarde ya la tenía ! Mi autobús salía a las 9.00 pm y esa tarde que ya era mi salida me puse a revisar el cobro que me hizo y me di cuenta que me estaba cobrando de más se lo comuniqué y me dijo que la renta de la caja eran $400.00 pesos , , le comenté que ni así estaba correcto, rápidamente a las seis llegué al lugar estaba muy nervioso y enojado y me regresó los $400.00 pesos , me dijo que me iba a entregar mi equipaje yo le contesté que todavía me iba a ir a cenar , me comunico que me tenía que entregar mi equipaje ya, porque no había quien me la entregara le comenté que su ayudante que tiene me podía dar las cosas, dijo que estaba ocupado y no me podía atender el muchacho , se me entregaron mis cosas y me comentó que tendría que pagar por ese servicio, yo le dije que si también
