The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly the front desk staff who went out of their way to assist us with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the town. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. "My sister and I loved the place. Staff very friendly and helpful. I want to add is if you have mobility problems, make the staff aware so you can have a room on the side with the elevator. We hadn’t thought about that, but the the staff was very accommodating and changed our room. We also thought the bathtub was really high to transfer in. Overall, a lovely place"

"Ein schönes Hotel, bestehend aus mehreren, miteinander verbundenen Häusern. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Thermen-Welt, die durch einen Poolbereich auf dem Dach abgerundet wird. Das Hotel verfügt über eine recht große Tiefgarage. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal immer freundlich. Bei der Anreise stehen Gepäckwagen zur Selbstbedienung bereit. Hier hätte ich mehr Service erwartet. Auch die Mittagsbewirtung auf der Terrasse (am Samstag) war etwas holprig. Alles in allem trotzdem ein angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt."
