Effye was also super nice and helpful and very accommodating! "Clean room and a comfortable bed, the two most important things. The staff was very pleasant and breakfast was decent. Although Expedia says check-in at 1500, they don't unlock the door until 1600. We wandered around wondering if it was the right place because we couldn't get in at 1500. The room and bathroom are very small. The bathroom and shower a little difficulet to maneuver around in. The bathroom door needs some oil and would wake my wife when I'd get up in the middle of the night."

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
