Newly renovated small 2 bed 2 bath home just 6 miles to the World Equestrian Center (WEC). 4 miles to Florida aquatic swimming and training center (FAST). 1 mile to on top of the world (OTOW). Close to restaurants, shops, parks and hospitals. This home offers full access to the home, including the garage. There is a fenced in back yard. There is also a double gate on the side that leads to a carport and a peaceful patio.

My wife and I stayed here as we transitioned into our new home in OTOW. It was a great location and pet friendly with a nice sized fenced yard. The unit was very clean and the hosts were very kind.

Perfect for visiting friends in OTOW

Lucked into this property only about 5 minutes drive to visit friends living in On Top of the World. The house was immaculate (wish I could hire their cleaning crew!) and stocked with all the essentials. They even provided laundry detergent and plenty of paper products). The house was perfect for 3-4. The en-suite bathroom had a walk-in shower with safety rail, perfect for those with issues climbing onto and out of bathtub. This was so much better than staying in any hotel and much closer to where we needed to be. Highly reccomend this house as perfect for short or longer stays. The communication from host through the app was great, super quick to respond. Didn’t upload any pix because the pictures already on site were very accurate (except can’t capture how squeaky clean everything looked.)
