The light-filled open-plan living area features a slow-combustion log fire and reverse-cycle air conditioning, with French doors opening onto the rear deck where you can relax and take in the peaceful water views.

The cottage offers three comfortable bedrooms (King bed & 2 Queen), two bathrooms (both with shower-over-bath), free Wi-Fi and 3 Smart TVs located in the lounge, master bedroom and queen bedroom.

FIREWOOD NOTICE: 
Due to a State-wide firewood shortage, firewood will not be supplied during the warmer months November to April. The property is equipped with a reverse-cycle air conditioner ensuring you stay comfortable year-round. 
During the colder months (May–October), we do our best to provide enough firewood for two nights. You’re also welcome to bring your own dirt and bark free firewood or purchase firewood locally from hardware stores or petrol stations in Denmark. This approach helps protect local forests and complies with Western Australia’s biosecurity rules. 

PETS: Well behaved dogs are welcome & booking this property is automatic acceptance of the following Pet Policy.

PET POLICY:
Pet Fee of $80 per stay.
Maximum 2 dogs (not cats or puppies).
• Fully house-trained dogs only inside the property.
• No dogs on beds or furniture at any time.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum—excessive barking/howling is not permitted.
• Pets must not be left unsupervised inside at any time.
• Guests must bring their own pet bedding & food bowls.
• All pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of in a sanitary manner. Extra fees apply if waste left.
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, inside or outside the property
