LARGE OCEAN BLOCK 3-bedroom, top floor condo on 135th St. in north Ocean City - steps to the ocean with an indoor pool and bay view! Just one block to the beach and Atlantic Ocean! This is a large, spacious floor plan - you won't be cramped in this one! 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms! 1400 sq. ft. 4th floor top level unit with elevator in building! 2 free parking spots under cover and a washer and dryer in the unit! All bedrooms have a queen size bed and 3rd bedroom has queen plus bunk beds! Cable, free Wi-Fi/high speed internet, central A/C and DVD player in unit! This condo is located on the 4th floor and there is an elevator in the building. The Waves building is a perfect North Ocean City location and is close to restaurants, bars, mini golf, etc.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $137.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked. **

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

It was great, it was big, it fit the whole family! Cleaning was great, easy access to the pool and the “apartment” it’s self. Would definitely recommend if you are going with family and friends! Would stay again.

Place was clean, check-in and out was easy. A cart would have made bringing items up and down easier but it was manageable. Close to the beach, driving and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 children) had plenty of room for our stay.

Fun Trip

the condo was clean and spacious. We had trouble with the fridge and the airconditioning. both of these problems were solved quickly by the management company. this condo was in a great location and we had amazing weather!!

It was nothing more than a roof over our heads

The property was NOT clean when we arrived bathrooms were nasty, my kids refused to shower. It gave seedy motel vibes. The beds were horrifically uncomfortable it felt like I was sleeping on nails and aluminum cans, my body ached so badly. We were miserable the entire trip. The pool was a joke, it was encased and was nothing more than a hot sauna with smelly water. To say that this place was misrepresented would be an understatement. Check out time was 10am we left at 6am couldn't get out fast enough. The best thing about this place was the proximity to the beach. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
