This gem is a top floor ocean view end unit!! Listen to the roar of the ocean in the newly decorated Coastal chic decor with a full kitchen and dining area. This 2 bedroom 1 bath condo sleeps 5. Enjoy ocean views as you pour your morning coffee in your full kitchen with oversized windows or sitting on your furnished private balcony. You are in walking distance to some of Ocean City's delicious restaurants in such as Seacrets, 45th street Tap house or a late night treat at Dumser's Dairyland. Enjoy a family game of golf at Nicks across street on 45th bayside
.This property offers a shared picnic area to enjoy some delicious Maryland crabs or grill up some burgers.

We absolutely loved everything about this property; super clean, great location, fantastic host that was very responsive. It is nicely updated and the large front porch with an ocean view was breathtaking! Highly recommend!

The property had an amazing view, was very clean, and on a nice quiet street. Just steps to the beach was perfect for my family to easily get to and from. My biggest issues were that there was little communication from the property manager, I had no information the day before the trip and had to reach out and contact her. Also, the lock on the door needs to be fixed. There is no deadbolt and the single lock is a challenge to work and really should be replaced.

Have to be honest. Location was stellar. Nice quiet street mid strip. From there it went south. Toilet sticks and will run constantly if not jiggled to drop the flapper. Shower drain is painfully slow. Freezer leaks onto kitchen floor. Not a little,a good amount. Likely clogged defroster. No one seemed surprised when I raised it nor was any action taken to fix it. We stuffed a towel under the front for our stay. The front door would not lock for us. We left it unlocked for our whole stay hoping we would be ok on the second floor. The TV works but is overly complicated and the WIFI was horrible. We ended up disconnecting because broadband was more stable. Lastly we had to make one of the beds because the sheets were left in the dryer. Given the cost I would have been wiser to keep looking and stay somewhere else.
Freezer leak. You can see the towel to the right tucked in the corner where it leaked even more than that and soaked the carpet in front of the kitchen sink.

Very nice and clean place. View from the deck is wonderful with comfortable seating.Only downside, the fridge water/ice maker is not working, so buy your own ice. Unit could use a new front lock as you have to hold handle up and wiggle to close, and wiggle to open.

2nd visit, won’t be the last

We love staying at this property. This is our second year in a row and we hope to be back again next year. Can’t beat the location. Steps from the beach and the unit is clean and has everything we need for a great week at the beach. Jennifer is an excellent host!

Jennifer was great host and responded to my questions and was accommodating for late arrival due to weather delays. The location was great for my girls and I to go to the beach daily and then come back for lunch, ect. Very easy to navigate around the city from the property by car. It was great to have designated parking behind the building. Very relaxing place to stay for us and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again!

clean, very short walk to the beach, very short walk to a couple of restaurants, not a spectacular viee of the beach but you can see the water through the kicchen window which was nice. overall great stay

Picturesque But Missed the Mark

Stayed with husband and our 1 year old. The location, patio and view were great but the logistics and functionality of the apartment itself were odd and mediocre. The front glass french doors and front windows do not have blinds or curtains which means everyone from the street and other apartment buildings can view directly into the apartment and see everything, especially at night. There was no privacy. The wifi and the TV never properly worked for us which was inconvenient and the kitchen was stocked with some things but missing other basic things. The view was beautiful but the stay was just okay.

Perfect for family getaway

Our family of 5, with 3 children 4 and under, stayed at Jennifer's rental for a week and absolutely loved our stay. The location is just steps to the beach in a quiet neighborhood while also so close to restaurants, shops and the rest that OC has to offer. The unit itself was updated, very clean and provided plenty of clean linens for our family. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed our evenings on the deck listening to the waves after the kids went to sleep. All in all we loved our stay, the rental and location set the bar high for our future trips and we would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Stay!

This was an outstanding property with close proximity to the beach and local restaurants. Our family really enjoyed it and will be back for sure. The property manager was outstanding and the unit was very clean and had everything we needed.

great getaway

We had a great time at this rental in Ocean City. It was a very short walk to the beach. The place was very nice and very clean and had a wonderful front porch. The location was great and within walking distance to many great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

The place was fantastic. just a few steps away from the beach with dedicated off street parking, and having linens/towels included. we spent a fair amount of time on the porch reading - we even saw some dolphins while we on the porch. it's beautifully decorated, very clean, has washer and dryer in the unit. i would 100% stay here again!
