    The Space:

    Located in downtown Ocean City, Maryland, this condo offers central air, a private washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a microwave. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Designed to enhance your stay, this home is right in front of the fishing pier and is just a short distance from the beach, inlets, boardwalk, amusement park, and all the adventures of OCMD. This suite comes with a large, spacious, elegant living area with a spectacular bay view and a wall-mounted 85-inch flatscreen TV with a soundbar. This getaway offers a contemporary 60-inch modern fireplace that provides warmth and creates an elegant perfect space to spend quality time with the family. The dining room has a large, nine-foot dining table with seating for eight. The primary bedroom features a bay view through large glass floor-to-ceiling windows for impressive sunsets. The primary bedroom is accompanied by a spacious primary bath with a jetted tub and standing shower. There are two other guest bedrooms, one with a comfortable queen bed and one with two comfortable full beds. One of the bedrooms has a spacious office area with a desk and office chair for those who want to work and still have fun. All beds have multiple outlets and USB ports nearby to guarantee that your electronics are always charged. When you want a bit of fresh air, the private balcony is furnished with a high-top table and four chairs! Things to Know Free WiFi Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Vacation with teenagers

There was a lot of room for all the teens and myself to have privacy. It was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The pool was small but we had a great time in it. My grandson fished off the pier right in front of our room which was very nice!

Great place for downtown festivities.

Great place for easy access to downtown events and festivals. Walkable to restaurants and bars and the beach. Beautiful bay views which are great for sunsets. Fishing available from boardwalk out front. Spacious areas for gathering.

Beautiful property! The bathroom did have lots of hair laying around! The kitchen could’ve used more skillets! Otherwise it was beautiful!!

Walking distance to the beach and restaurants

My family of 7 adults stayed comfortably in this condo. Everything is laid out well, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels for eveyone, ample starter supplies (toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, etc). It was really nice not having to supply our own linens! Great views of the bayside & the sunset from the balcony. The huge tv made for a relaxing night in.

Nice and very spacious, easy parking and easy walk to boardwalk. Very modern furniture and amenities. Lived the balcony that overlooks the sound. The pool is tiny but that is about the only downside.

Cori Noel was everything we hoped for! A safe and secure location within walking distance of the boardwalk (and the concert that never happened). On the water with more an enough space with three large bedrooms, spacious kitchen and a separate laundry room.

Great view!

Cleanliness could definitely be improved but that’s the management company not the condo itself. The condo was very spacious. Our biggest complaint was the lack of curtains in the two spare bedrooms. There were sheer curtains over the middle of the sliding glass door. This was unpleasant for sleeping but more over it was uncomfortable getting ready/changing in those rooms which isn’t practical for 7 people and only two bathrooms. The view was beautiful and the unit was decorated nicely! We would book again!

Gorgeous view & very nice condo! The beach closest could use an update or bring your own chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen is fully stocked & we had everything we needed there! We usually pack some extra trash bags, laundry pods, hand soap,& beach towels. Would suggest an update to the doors in the condo, the master bedroom doesn’t lock and the guest bathroom door has issues closing, the trifold doors in the laundry room are broken and the main patio door curtain has issues with the rod, other than that the condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the location and the view was phenomenal! The pool area is nice as well as the gym. We love westwinds and will definitely return!We did have some mystery noises at night that sounded like someone was moving furniture above us but we were on the top floor…we assumed maybe it was the water pipes or utility room next door…it was bothersome the first couple of nights but we turned the fan on high and that helped mask the noise.
