This condo is located in the Top Royal South building, just off of 126th St. You'll love the view of the ocean from the dining room window and balcony off of the living room. The bedroom has two double beds so you can sleep 4 people comfortably. There's a fully stocked kitchen so you can make your favorite meals and you'll also receive complimentary cable TV, high speed internet/wifi, a washer and dryer and one assigned parking space. There's also normally extra free street parking. This condo is located on the second floor and the building has an elevator. You'll be close to many restaurants, bars and also mini golf, so there's pleny to do in this location.

In addition to this property being steps from the beach and ocean, it is also across the street from Northside Park. Northside Park is Ocean City's largest and most popular park facility. The 58 acre complex boasts three lighted softball/baseball fields, a lighted soccer field, multipurpose field, a fishing lagoon, a foot bridge, concession stands, two playgrounds, picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking/jogging paths, and a large building with a 14,200 square foot gymnasium, kitchen, community room, conference room, patio, sitting areas, and a sports center annex with a 21,000 square foot multi-sport sports arena. *Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $73.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
