Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Location, location, location!

Ideal location for hanging out at the beach and ocean view. However, it's very outdated and needs a number of things fixed and or refreshed.

Being Oceanfront was worth the lack of luster

Everything was old but operational. WiFi was terrible. Needs to be fixed. Shower water pressure was weak. Hearing the ocean waves 24/7 is what I come to the beach for, so it was nice enough for a few days!

Overall there is room for improvement. The shower and floors were not very clean. The beds are very dated and uncomfortable. There was no wifi instructions or code to connect to wifi. Living and dining room area is cute and comfortable but the bedroom could use improvement. There is netting across the balcony that obstructs the ocean view when seated. When standing however has a great ocean view. Plus is there is an elevator and luggage carts that make getting in and out very easy. Has great beach access.

Needs updating

We loved the location. The beds were terrible We had to go buy a air mattress. Needs some upgrades bad . Also found a cockroach. Over all we will not be staying here again

Great location poor beds/ cleaners

Quite and great location. Room was a mess. Dirty laundry in washer and dirty linens and towels left from cleaners. Room had a smell due to wet laundry just left in room. They had us to finish cleaning room. Had to wash the towels left due to the odor. Sheets was just as bad. Beds was horrible. Very old and can feel each spring. Sofa bed has stains and very bad spring feel. Closets was a mess with blankets just thrown in. They looked like a past guest put them in and I doubt they was clean. Overall a great location but should look into a new cleaning company and update the beds. Bathroom vanity was rotted as well. For what you pay I would expect something nicer.
