The space
Newly renovated in 2022, Captains Quarters C is the end unit of a 3-unit, bayfront property in north Ocean City. Just a quick, .35 mile walk (7 min) walk to the beach with two major crosswalks at Coastal Hwy to access. There is ONE parking spot directly in front of the unit and plenty of free parking on the street. The Schlage keypad deadbolt lock ensures security and easy access for the guest. The comfortable and cozy townhome is exhibited with a upscale modern decor that will make you feel like you're walking right into a brand new model home.

The bottom level has 2 bedrooms with an attached jack and jill bathroom.
Relax in the front bedroom in your queen bed. A remote powered ceiling fan will cool your skin after a day in the sun. For those that like to be organized on vacation, there is of closet space so you can settle in, spread out and unpack. Also on the bottom level queen room you will find a pack an play with included sheet. The spacious shared bathroom has a makeup mirror, tub with a shower. The second bedroom downstairs has 3 full beds. One full is a murphy bed which can be folded into the wall for more space. The bunk beds make up the second and third full beds in this room and is perfect for the kids.
Climb the stairs to find the cozy living room, sliders that lead to the top deck, kitchen and third private bedroom. During the day the sectional sofa comfortably seats 4 around a coffee table perfectly sized for a family friendly games of Connect 4 and Apples to Apples (included). The 48" TV is set up for easy streaming, and bluetooth sound bar. Turn on the XBox 360 and play the included games to enjoy family gaming night. When it's time for bed, the coffee table rolls away and the couch can pull out a twin bed. Pillows are conveniently located in the bedroom closet. The tinted glass slider windows and curtains block the hot sun from coming in during the day.
When you get back to Captains Quarters with an extra large PizzaTuGo or Grotto's pizza, a dozen fractured prune donuts, or famous crabcakes from the Crabcake Factory, you have several seating options. The kitchen bar seats 3, table seats 4, top deck seats 6, or the picnic table on the patio. Outside, the picnic table is perfect for rolling out paper for picking crabs and cracking a Truly before walking to Northside Park to catch the sunset on the bay.
The kitchen is fully stocked to make you feel at home. Groceries are conveniently located in two places less than .50 miles on either side of Captains Quarters, Food Lion and Acme. Order your Über Bagels online before you're hangry or walk 5 minutes to the Fractured Prune for an amazing breakfast treat. The Keurig coffee maker gets the job done (bring your own extra pods). Starbucks is across the street on Coastal Highway inside the Carousel.

The kitchen has a new dishwasher (pods included), freezer on bottom refrigerator with ice maker, oven, stove, microwave, and toaster.
There is a washer and dryer found on the bottom level (Dryer is high efficient so may dry slowly)
All guests will have access to the outside shower to rinse sandy toes and toys. Please make sure the water is shut off when you are done.
The back patio area has a picnic table. We include 3 beach chairs in season. The slider doors lead to a bottom bedroom so please make sure the door is shut and locked.
There are so many walkable restaurants and shops nearby. The Gold Coast Mall is a short .40 walk south and another major shopping center .40 miles heading north. You will never run out of things to do and see! The $3 Ocean City bus stop is right in front of the Gold Coast Mall and runs from 6am to 3am daily in season. The OC Bay Hopper is a water taxi service available 3 blocks away at the Food Lion.
Other things to note
***Off-season is a great time to take advantage of having the beach and fun vacation town to yourself. Check out ococean dot com for events going on in OCMD so you can enjoy all the fun. Also it is a great time of year to enjoy Assateague Island's wild ponies and hiking trails.****
We have small security cameras outside the front and back doors for security and check in assistance purposes. We'd love nothing bad to happen, but in case it does, we will view the camera data. We want every guest to enjoy their stay and feel secure as well as enjoy a feeling of privacy. We'd rather watch the sunset than watch the Blink camera.
No Smoking in unit, No Parties.
Please note: The person booking this unit must be at least 25 years of age and be physically present for the duration of the booking. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for the duration of the stay. The maximum number of 10 guests is a strict, enforceable rule. We do not rent to HS senior week guests. An excess cleaning fee may be charged if an excessive cleaning is needed or damage is discovered.
Any more than 6 guests will be charged $20 per guest per night. Our motion cameras let us know when an unusually high amount of activity/foot traffic is happening so please be upfront, honest, and respectful about the number of guests included in booking. We want you to treat our home just like you would your own :)
