Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, this rental is within walking distance of the Atlantic Coast, stores, coffee shops, and superb restaurants all up and down Coastal Highway. Four miles south, enjoy some all-ages fun at the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park, or head north three miles and indulge in a little tax-free shopping in Delaware.

Ideal for a large family vacation, this home offers free WiFi, multiple cable TVs for rainy day entertainment, a private washer/dryer, and a full kitchen. Dine outside on the furnished patio, or just kick back with a cool drink and a good book in the shady backyard. Guests have access to one side of the garage for bike, motorcycle, and/or beach gear storage, and there's even an outdoor shower to rinse off all that sand!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This home is in a great location - close to the beach (within walking distance), ideal walking and driving distance to restaurants, and good driving distance to the boardwalk. The home is a great size for a family of 7 or 8. The home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. There were some issues within the home as it could have been cleaner and have newer appliances. Overall, we had a nice time. But, we will choose to stay at another home next time.

Nice place great location but… a/c didn’t work in living room so they have a small window unit in living room that is not sufficient to cool the first floor. And worst of all is the downstairs bedroom smelled VERY strongly of some kind of chemical to the point that we could not sleep in it without getting a headache and feeling sick. Disappointing when you consider the amount of money this cost. And could not use grill as the grates are completely rusted

Family emergency unable to go, said they would consider another time. Did not get back for a week. Said could move to next year but need to add a day, then said couldn’t be next year. Said could do later this year, then said couldn’t because it was a lower rate, we said they could have the full rate and said no. One family couple said they would go, but I needed to come because I booked. Had to present ID, I made arrangements to drive six hours to get them in, suprise just a door code. While there we turned on the A/C, within an hour there was a river in the living room. Called 24 hour number, and local office called back. Said no one could come fix it until tomorrow, I said what about the flood, he said that was between the home owner and their insurance. I cleaned up the mess so the owners floor did not get destroyed. The sliding door kept coming off the tracks, and the supplemental lock was broken. You need to dump the dehumidifier daily in the basement bedroom, room smelled musty when I arrived and I noticed the red light was on and dumped it.

Nice space, however cleaning crew needs to be replaced. Dishes weren’t really clean, stained furniture, ant infestation, no beach equipment/ cleaning items, SPIDERS in the bedrooms, NO Grill as pictured, and not enough towels & wash clothes.

Great location and layout for vacation with 2 families. Nice showers, perfect for getting everyone clean after a day in the sand. However, beds were unbelievably uncomfortable and there were ants on the kitchen counter.

Home was clwan when we arrived, more thwn wnough space to accomidatw our group. Pretty big deck to sit outside, great kitchen space to cook. We absolutely loved staying here! We did bring all our own bath towels and ect. House is located in a great spot as well, cant find anything negative to say, we were all super content!
