Guests must register with the front desk upon check-in. From October 29th-March 31st parking is FREE. Apr-Oct 28th, The Quay charges a $75  non-refundable building registration fee which includes parking for 1 car. Second car parking is based on availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis with a price of $12/day or $75 /week. This 2nd pass can be purchased at the security desk on the 1st floor. Additional free parking can be found curbside up and down Ocean City. As well as pay to park spots which can be found in the municipal lot on 100th street!





Once at the Quay and parked there is no reason to leave! With everything, you could need including a game room, indoor and outdoor pool, private tennis courts, sauna, and convenient store all in one building. The only time you will need to leave is to walk up to the beach! Located right past 100th street the Quay is surrounded by local attractions such as great local restaurants, many Put-put courses, and even amusement parks!

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! 😊

We have been to the Quay before so we were familiar with the building amenities and love the option for ocean side pools game room and the availability of the restroom from the beach. The unit was as expected, very clean and we really appreciated the linens and towels, we had so much more room in the car without having to pack those. The unit was spacious and the four of us could spread out as much as we wanted.

Overall good experience

We have been to ocean city many times. Overall it was good size for family of 5 with a nice location. We enjoyed our week here. Parking was easy but another 75 dollars. The furniture was fair. Cleanliness was fair, we cleaned it ourselves. Towel racks were loose and needed fixed. The guest bath tub did not drain and doors were broke.

Beach stay

The location of the property was great! However, the cleanliness of the unit could definitely be improved on greatly. The check-in location wasn't visible and we had to search for the entrance. Also the check-in procedure wasnt fully explained in email/text messages.

Great place

My family and i stayed here and the condo is so nice and roomy. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, pool and arcade. The shops they have in the building are nice and it’s great they open early. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing

This condo does not sleep 8 people comfortably. Sleeper sofa needs to be replaced as it’s hard as a rock & one of the springs cut my son’s finger. Also no sheet set for sleeper & no sheet sets for either inflatable mattress and one of the inflatable mattresses was losing air pretty quickly. This was my first rental through Vrbo and quite disappointing.

Family stay rating

Overall this unit was great for what my family needed. The unit was just set with the bare minimum so if you plan on cooking any meals in unit you may need to bring extra kitchen items. Also if you're cold natured like I am, I recommend bringing extra bed room blankets also. Otherwise we had a great stay and I would come back again

Beautiful condo

My family of 7 and I stayed for new years. We had such a great weekend. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The check in process was very simple and easy. We can wait to return and Mike we have a beautiful condo to stay in!!!!

This condo was perfect for our family during our stay. It was spacious, beautiful view, felt like a home, and great amenities throughout the building for all of us to enjoy. We will definitely be back next year for our yearly beach visit!

Nicely appointed and in a great location!

We were very impressed with the updated amenities inside the unit. Everything has been refreshed, and it looks great. It was nice to have a washer & dryer, plus free linens are a bonus! The view of both the bay and ocean was amazing! It's a great location - about 5 miles north of the inlet, so you get away from the hustle and bustle. The host was very friendly and was quick to respond to any questions that we had. Looking forward to returning in the near future!

Girls winter weekend getaway

This was a girls winter weekend. Had an awesome time. Hosts kept us informed and made us feel welcome. Loved being able to see the beach and bay from the balcony. Bedding and towels provided that was very nice.

Perfect short weekend

This condo was perfect for a short getaway. Clean place, we'll appointed kitchen, and close enough to everything. Balcony view of the ocean and a quick walk there as well. Couldn't have been happier. Owners are quick to respond to texts and emails as well as having all the info you need before you check in.

Loved the beautifully renovated condo!!

Very nice condo, very roomy and clean. Linens & towels were provided, just wash them up before you check-out. Owners were very friendly & responsive. Check in was easy and we got free parking which is normally $40 with any of the other condo rentals. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, game room, small convenience store that has coffee and breakfast Our family will definitely be back next year!!

My friends and I were very pleased with this property. We had a bigger group but we were all able to space out and not be on top of each other. It was very clean when we arrived and it is much like the pictures. Bob and Samantha are very friendly and respond very quickly.
