Welcome to our adorable ocean block condo just steps from Ocean City's famous beach. No need to cross Coastal Hwy to enjoy the sandy beach and ocean waves. We have everything you would need and expect for a wonderful vacation. Let your stresses drift away in your home away from home in the highly desirable Old Warf condo building. This is the ideal condo for making your vacation enjoyable and relaxing.

Enjoy our perfect mid-town location in the heart of Ocean City and very close to many great restaurants, shops and activities. Walk to Seacrets, 45th St Taphouse, Dumser's Dairyland, Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill, Shotti's Point, Satellite Coffee Shop, K-Coast Surf Shop, The Dough Roller, Belly Busters, and many more. Our condo is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the Ocean City Convention Center.

2) This is a 1st floor walk-up (no elevator) with 1 parking space. Additional public non-metered parking is available in front of the building
3) This is a no smoking or vaping unit
4) Per the condo rules there are no pets allowed
5) Please obey the condo rules posted on the stairs and be considerate of our neighbors
6) We do not supply linens (bed sheets, towels, etc.), dish supplies, laundry supplies, toiletries, or beach chairs; please bring them with you
7) This is not just a rental, this is our 2nd home, please treat it with respect

Great place for a family getaway!

Great spot to stay with easy access to the beach. The condo was spacious and easily kept all 6 of my family comfortable. Property is managed very well and kept in contact daily to make sure everything was up to our needs. Much recommended for an easy trip to beach!

A fantastic week at the shore

Carl Is a great host. Everything we needed was in the condo witch by the way is a short walk to the beach.I highly recommend this property for your your place to stay at the shore.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This location could not be more perfect! Super clean, super cozy and super close to the beach! All the amenities you could possibly need. The owner was wonderful to work with. Not enough stars to give it.
