Wake up each morning to the sights and sounds of the Pacific Ocean, and sip your coffee on one of two glassed-in decks with a porch swing and sweeping views of the water. This beautifully remodeled home also features three fireplaces, a Ping-Pong table in the garage, and a fleet of bikes to take around the neighborhood.

This light-filled home sits directly on the beach in Oceano, offering a private walkway from the backyard to the sand. You can explore the Dune Trail or the Beach Trail at Oceano Dunes Natural Preserve immediately north, or catch a few thrills with an excursion to the Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area just beyond. The heart of Oceano is one mile inland, Pismo Beach (home of the famous Pismo Beach Pier and the Monarch Butterfly Grove) is three miles north, and the charming town of San Luis Obispo awaits 15 miles north.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
