Very central to hiking, strolling along the pier, having a bonfire on the beach and walking distance to a great restaurant. Kind of noisy due to recreation vehicles and locals speeding past our area and not following speed limit requirements. Mostly positive and stay again."

"This property is just west of Hwy 1 in Oceano. It is walkable to the beach, there is a small grocery type store a block away and a great Mexican restaurant about two blocks away. The unit I had was upstairs, very comfortable and clean. There is no air-conditioning so on a hot day it took a long time to cool down. This is very rare in Oceano where high temperatures are usually in the 60s or 70s. My hosts were very communicative but not overly so and responded to any request I had very quickly. There were no issues with the unit. Parking is tight as in the spaces are very California sized and the lot is close across. I back into spaces and it took multiple adjustments to fit in some spaces.If you are an aviator like me you may find the nearby air field interesting. There is very little traffic but there is a biplane operator giving rides. Also if you're flying in everything else is walkable or a quick Uber ride. The airport code L52 and has self serve fuel.I would stay here again."
