This beautiful ocean view condo is conveniently situated on the beach between the Oceanside harbor and pier. This is the perfect location for a couple’s getaway to enjoy the peaceful sounds of the waves or for a fun-filled family vacation.

Located in the private gated community of North Coast Village, the property is a tropical paradise unmatched in southern California. You’ll enjoy its beautiful landscape with ponds, waterfalls, birds of paradise, trees and ferns.

Everything that was advertised, and more. Not only was the location great - walking distance to the peer and the marina, but the view was amazing. The condo was also stocked with everything that you could possibly want, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, putter for the putting greens that are on site as well as ping pong paddles and balls, much more than we expected, will stay again and send family members.

Great time in Oceanside.

This is our second time staying here. The condo is beautifully decorated. Very comfortable stay. The view from the balcony and bedroom can't be beat. Love having the complex amenities when not at the beach. Definitely feel like you are on vacation when staying here.

Incredible view!

Property was very clean and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The pier and the harbor were and easy walking distance. The view is exactly what the pictures show. Very nice!

Location, location, location

Watching the sky change color, the surfers taking on the waves, listening to the ocean, walking the beach and ambling down the pier - you can't go wrong! There's something for everyone including an easy half-a-mile walk to the Harbor where you can indulge in an endless array of seafood. Will definitely be back!

Great stay

We had a great time here. The complex is very close to the beach (~1 minute walk) and has a large pool. There were other amenities like a gym and game room that I didn’t get a chance to use. The unit itself was very nice; the carpet, furniture and kitchen appliances seemed very new. The view of the beach and pier from the balcony was incredible. We’ll definitely be looking to stay again.

Great place for vacation

We are very happy with the accommodations. Everything we needed was available. Dishes, pots, pans, full kitchen and dining area. The bed was so comfortable and this unit might have the best view in the entire comlex. It all made the trip with 2 kids under 2 years old easy. The pool is always a great time too. Highly recommend this place.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this condo and it was just as wonderful as the last. It is updated and is gorgeous!! Theview is beautiful looking out at the pier and listening to the ocean waves is just so relaxing. We will be back!!!

Oceanside condo

Enjoyed our stay so close to the beach and amenities that were available at NCV complex. Great location, nice view from the balcony, clean property. The owner was very gracious and quickly responded to our questions. Beach stuff is heavy and outdated and it would be good to be updated.

Can't get much better than this

The pictures of this unit don't do it justice. It's much prettier and brighter and is simply perfect. The views are incredible. We loved watching the beach, the strand, the waves, the pier, and we even saw whales. And being on the second floor is great because you have a much better view than the lower level, and you get shade from the upper level decks. I've been to North Coast Village several times in 30 years and it is every bit as immaculate as the first time - probably better. Situated between the pier and the harbor - you can walk to both and walk to town or even ride the Coaster. It's a perfect location. Owner had chairs for us to take to the beach, oooh the sunsets. The unit was super clean with plenty of dishes and bedding and towels. A big comfortable bed, good shower, and soft carpet. It can't get much better than this.

Fantastic location with ocean views and sounds as described! Would definitely come back again. Recommend Parlour Doughnuts and Sanchos Tacos (Flounder Pounder is the best fish taco I’ve ever had) while you’re in Oceanside. Lisa was very good with communication.Thanks Lisa!

Panoramic sea view

The condo was perfect, a beautiful view of the ocean, sand, & pier from the living room & bedroom. The condo was nicely decorated, a large tv in the living room & bedroom. The bed was very comfortable & we enjoyed going to sleep with the sound of the waves. The parking spot was close to the elevator and the entire complex is beautifully landscaped with Beautiful gardens, and fantastic pool. The kitchen in the unit is well equipped with everything you need. Lisa was very helpful & sweet & easy to communicate with. It’s a perfect place for a beach vacation, I would highly recommend it & plan to return in the future.

Adult Get Away

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful vacation rental in California! The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning was pure bliss. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout.The lush landscaping made the entire place feel like a private oasis, and the koi fish pond added such a peaceful, unique touch. The facility itself was gorgeous, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was very comfortable.The owner was a pleasure to work with — responsive, helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a serene, scenic escape by the coast! We were sad to leave.
