Step into the open-concept living area, where panoramic doors open to a private deck with a BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils you need for preparing delicious meals. Relax in the living room with a TV, or unwind in the private spa with a hot tub.

This property offers a range of premium amenities, including wireless internet, air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, and the property is pet-friendly, allowing up to two pets. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience, along with beach towels and a hair dryer.

BEACH ACCESS: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed. See virtual tour to view exactly where it is situated.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
