"Clean and comfortable, very friendly front desk"

"The staff are wonderful. And they have a Starbucks in the lobby so you can grab a breakfast in the early morning before you head to the Universal, they also offer shuttle bus to there. Room is clean. Highly Recommended. The only problem was that the toilet would be a bit noisy. It didn’t have a door, and you could hear water rushing through the pipes whenever someone in another room flushed the toilet. But all others things were great!"

"Very good condition, accessible lovely team"

"Excelente servicio y excelente hotel"

"Amazing."

"Always a great stay 10/10 would recommend"

"Just stayed to get early admission- charged for parking but did not park is my only issues"

"The rooms were nice and cold. The staff was always polite. The breakfast was great. And what we loved most was it was close to the attractions."
