"Great staff .... after a very long day working, I unfortunately locked myself out of my room. Hot take away food, no warm clothing (as I took my coat off when entering the room) very grim thinking of the machinations of getting back into my room. Amazingly, a simple phone call and I was connected with the most lovely person... extremely helpful and with an amazing caring sense of humour. She sorted out the situation quick smart. I have stayed her three weekends in a row - and will do so in the future. That simple, helpful and non judgemental help was just what I needed after a 12 hours on working in a very busy restaurant. Also this angel - had my Chefs Uniform (left the previous weekend) at the front desk upon check in. Yes a no frills hotel however the staff make it grand. Many thanks and look forward to seeing Stephen and Kerrie (please be right) very soon!"
