Room was clean, AC worked great, I loved the safety part. Because the gate closed after 11 pm, all stuff was friendly and helpful, clean towels everyday as well as the cleaning of the room. Only one small suggestion: keep an iron in every room. I appreciated the coffee and the bottle waters, made my life more enjoyable. If I have to get a hotel again in yhe area definitely yours will be my choice again, it didn't matter if I have to drive 16 k to see my mother and family in Jamay. Thank...

Our stay at Hotel Via Real was great! Location is a block away from the plaza. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The decor is very nice. Staff was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Casa de Los Altos! The view was beautiful, and we loved how close it was to the Plaza, with everything within walking distance. The space was exactly what we needed and worked perfectly for our stay. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t quite figure out the hot water, but aside from that, we really enjoyed the property and the location. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a great stay at Casa de Los Altos! The view was beautiful, and we loved how close it was to the Plaza, with everything within walking distance. I was in town for about 10 nights, and the entire time the staff was the best! You come downstairs and you’re in the midst of the little town with the best enchiladas right across the street. The cleaning staff is the bomb! Our room always smelled great, and so did the hotel. Front desk is always happy to help and made the process so easy. Overall the best stay, and will definitely return.

Our stay there was great. The food in the restaurant was good on some days and awful on on other days. We were able to tell that there was different chefs. Some took more pride in preparing the food and some just didn't care.

Make it clear where the place is located. Also a better visual at the entrance to identify it.
The directions provided by Hotels.com were incorrect. I set to a diferent location, totally wrong. And when I called the number, no one answered. So, needles to say, I struggled to find it. Other then that, it is a very nice place.
We are already planning on going back sometime in the near future.
