"Could use more staff at the front desk during peak hours. Also, the transfers to Disney could be more often during peak hours. The pool was also very warm and a lot of chemicals in the water."

"Clean, modern room and bathroom, very helpfull and polite staff. Air conditioning and wifi are very good in room and in hotel. Very secure. Very quite and clean town. Breakfast, bar and restaurant dinner in hotel were excelent and good priced. Very close to train station with trains going to Paris and Disneyland every 10 min. As alternative frequent free shuttle bus to Disneyland, right across from hotel. Close to shopping mall with food courts, supermarket and all the famouse brands without Paris lines."

"We had a two night stay here whilst visiting Disneyland. The family room was adequate although the bunk bed was quite squeaky when our children moved in their sleep and there was litter under both beds that had not been cleaned. The staff were very polite and helpful and the location was a short drive from the park. Overall we would stay again."

"Location is great to the Disney Village and parks. I think some rooms have been refurbished but not ours. Carpets definitely need a thorough vacuum and steam cleaning. For a Disney property and the $, I was disappointed in the overall condition of the room and property. Especially in comparison to Disney hotels in America - including value resorts in Florida are maintained much better. And Sequoia is not a value resort. Ice machine on our floor did not work."
