"Excellent property, quiet location, plenty of room and amenities. Beautiful decks all around the house great for sitting outside.Well equipped kitchen.Everything was great.Our host was always quick to respond if we had any questions.Very nice and convenient to have a golf cart at the property ready to use.It was a terrific stay."

"We found what looked like a cockroach running across the floor. Also, we had gone out for a couple of hours and came back to the on duty person coming out of our room. Not likely to stay again."

"Lovely property in quiet location. Were some anomalies that we reported which were addressed quickly. Kitchen was spacious and very well appointed for those who want to cook in or are foodies like us. Bedrooms and baths had plenty of space with very comfortable beds. We reported to PM that we were not happy to find dirty cups, dishes, cookware, and utensils in the cabinets and drawers. We were informed that they rely on previous guest to clean and stow everything before leaving and it seems this is not properly verified prior to next guest arrival. Still, overall, very nice stay. "

"Great house in a great location. The kitchen is a little dated but wouldn't change much about the house other than that. Short bike ride to the restaurants, stores and bars. Pretty quiet side of the island. House is pet friendly and has no carpet which is a plus. Overall, a great place to stay for a couple or small family and we appreciate the host being so responsive when we had any questions. "

"Eclectic and unique are good descriptors. The location was peaceful with little traffic or noise from others. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, however a few things should be noted for future guests.1 There is an apparently abandoned property next door with a green swamp pool. Thankfully, the decks are screened so this was not a problem beyond a bit of an eyesore.2. None of the bedrooms have doors but are instead separated by stairways. This might be an issue for some.3. The stairs are winding, narrow and steep. 2 bedrooms require moving down stairs to access bathrooms.4. There is parking on site but it is short. The F150 we drove down did not fit.We didn't allow any of these things to become an issue with our stay and we definitely enjoyed the peace of the breezes blowing through the marsh grasses. Skylights throughout the house brought in plenty of light and sunshine as well as good views of lightning storms. We would consider staying here again."
