I really enjoyed the welcoming front office staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and unfortunately they were out of nonsmoking rooms so we had to book a smoking room We wish there were more nonsmoking rooms available. But everything else was amazing. We will definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to our friends.

Your typical good value, gets the job done, nothing to complain about Toyoko Inn. If you are familiar with the chain, this location is no different. Rooms are clean, staff is excellent and great breakfast.

The rooms were clean and a good size. Service was excellent, the front desk staff helped us with our luggage forwarding. Only issue was that we could hear the guest nextdoor snore. As well as hearing footsteps. But we had no issues sleeping through both as the sounds weren't loud enough to bother us. If you are a light sleeper, you should bring earplugs, I believe they offer them in the lobby. Breakfast was also excellent variety with local specialty such as their sardines soaked in plum. Anyways, I would definitely stay here again.

A simple and reliable stay, consistent with what I’ve come to expect from this chain. The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the laundry facilities were good. The only downside was that the dining area had an unpleasant smell, which was a bit off-putting. Otherwise, a solid and trustworthy choice for a quick stopover.

The room was clean and efficiently organized. It had everything I wanted: mini-fridge, TV, kettle, hair dryer, clothes line. The lobby had supplies of toiletries, lotions, and packets of green tea & broth powder. Check-in & check-out was done on self use machine. The breakfast was extensive with a variety of Japanese dishes.

The staff were helpful & friendly. The room was small yet met our needs. The hotel is closer to the Takebashi station than it is to the Kudanshita station, which is useful information for travelers. Breakfast is basic but good for getting out early.
