When renting the property exclusively, the individual units CANTO DO SOL, CASA ALECRIM, and SOBREIRINHO are connected by removing the wall panels in the transition doors. The resulting cozy mansion offers space, privacy, modern amenities, and good teleworking conditions.



With 4 (or 5) double beds and 5 (or 3) single beds, 1 single and 2 double sofa beds, and 1 extra bed, and one of the twin bedrooms with the option of 2 bunk beds instead (fabulous for children and teens), it can host up to 19-21 persons depending on the type of group. There are 3 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, and 2 with shower only, plus an outdoor sanitary room with lavatory.



The kitchens and the kitchenette are very well equipped. The dining area for large groups is centrally located in front of the major kitchen with two adjacent dining tables with 16-18 seats and space for a smaller table next to it. The rooftop dining room (with support kitchenette) has seating for 12 persons and offers truly panoramic views.
