The Secondary Bedroom
The second bedroom includes a daybed with two twin mattresses (one underneath the other), plus its own smart TV for laid‑back mornings or movie nights.

The home is equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry. Guests have full access to the home and the fenced back yard. The garage and the housekeeping closet is off limits. 4 free parking spaces total. The parking area is well lit.

We want your stay to feel easy and predictable, so here are a few helpful notes before you book:
– There is a $300.00 security deposit to cover any damages. The deposit will be automatically collected and will be returned back to you 48 hours after checkout if there are no damages.
– Toiletries and other consumables are provided as a starter kit and may need to be replenished for longer stays or heavier use.
– Propane is provided. Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
– Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
– No parking in front of our neighbors houses.
– Please review our pet fees in our “House Rules” section prior to booking.
– The home and yard are not shared. They are solely for your group.
– This property has shared parking with another Airbnb.
– There is no parking on the driveway due to the septic lines installed directly south of it.
– 18ft trailer is allowed if you back it up to a parking space (do not park parallel to the street).
– There is a gas stovetop but there is not a full size oven. Just a countertop oven.
