"We stayed here on a drive back from Croatia to the UK. It is pretty out the way from anywhere especially when we stayed as everywhere in the small village was shut. The property was unique clean and good fun to stay in. We cooked dinner and were amazed by the dishwasher. The views from the main room and dining area were beautiful. Easy check in and out"

"We had a pleasant stay at Metzgerwirt VIEH HELI. The hotel is located in a beautiful area next to the mountains and HallstÀtter See, offering great views and a peaceful atmosphere. There are also a few affordable bistros and restaurants nearby, and Bad Ischl is only about a 20-minute drive away with plenty of dining options in town. The rooms were clean, neat, and comfortable. One thing that could make the stay even better would be having a kettle and some refreshments in the room. Parking space is conveniently available outside the hotel, which was very helpful. The breakfast was decent and covered the basics well. You cannot expect a huge variety of menu options, but for the price of the hotel, it was absolutely acceptable and did the job. Overall, it is a good value stay in a scenic location."
