"Property and my rooms were clean and nice. The first night I was in a room with crazy loud AC. I called the desk but they said no maintenance was there and they were full. I told him no worries if they could fix it or move me to a different room that would be great. The problem I had was every time I talked to someone at the desk they didn’t know anything about the issue. No one had made any notes or passed along any of the information so every time I talk to someone, we were starting over from Ground Zero with nothing being done in the process. All in all, not a bad stay, but certainly not what I’m used to at the Hilton."
