"The in-house laundry facility is convenient. The room looks outdated: the steps into the bathroom can be risky for older people. The bathtub is too deep and has no grab bars. The staff can be quite unhelpful. We asked for a room change to a room with a shower outside of the tub. We were charged extra ¥ 12,000 plus for the new room. The explanation given was because the new room was designated as a smoking room and we had asked for a non smoking. I was not convinced. I would not use this hotel again. "

"The hotel is located on a hillside not far from Miyaura Port. In the morning, rooms with balconies offer beautiful views and sunrises. Walking to the port doesn’t take long, and along the way you can see the red pumpkin and white birdcage illuminated by lights, creating a unique atmosphere in the evening. Our stay was truly heartwarming, and we wish to extend our deepest gratitude to Shimasaki-san, she went above and beyond to assist us, and her warmth and kindness left a lasting impression. "This hotel-resort is well loved by young Japanese families. For a tourist passing through Uno area it is 20 minutes from Uno by bus or taxi. The hotel sits alone in this area with a beautiful beach. Staff is very helpful "
