建築・設備とも「昭和のビジホ」、といったところです。 まず、ややマイナス点としてホテル敷地内に駐車場は無く、徒歩数分圏のいくつかの駐車場に駐めるスタイルです。岡谷の治安については分かりかねますが、「クルマ命！」という方は気になるかも。雨の日もちょっと不便です（傘を貸し出しています）。 館内に夕食をとれる施設はありません。周辺食事店のマップをくれます。 車通りの多い県道？市道？沿いで、騒音（クルマの走行音や救急車）はやや気になるかも。部屋についてもドアは鉄板なので廊下の話し声等は気になります。 Wifiはあります。 小型冷蔵庫、湯沸かしポット、ドライヤー（ユニットバスに設置のものでなく家電仕様のもの）もあります。 コンセントの数が少ないですが、3つ口の延長コードタップがありました。 ユニットバスのトイレ便器に保温便座はなく（アメニティとして使い捨て便座マットが提供されています）、ウォッシュレットもありません。シャワー混合栓は、温水冷水のそれぞれの栓を自分で調整するタイプで面倒といえば面倒。 浴衣はフリーサイズしか無いので大柄の方はやや不便。私は178cmややメタボ体型なので窮屈でした。 スタッフの方の対応は気持ちよかったです。 これらを承知して利用するならば値段相当で、私は概ね満足でした。

改装期間中なのか使用できないフロアがあったが、それもそう、宿泊した部屋は継ぎはぎのカーペット、壁、天井。電気系も剥き出しのタコ足配線は如何なものか。エレベーター横に置かれたアメニティを必要な物だけ部屋まで持参させるなら小さな袋でも準備して頂けないと荷物片手には面倒でしかない。また取りに戻れとでも？古き良き風情を認めるにはほど遠く、味気ない。

とてもお世話になったのですが。

とても楽しみにしていた旅での宿泊先は、とても大きな影響を受けますが、接客サービスは、大変丁寧にして頂きとても感謝しております。高地にあり、寒いのは当たり前とは言え、乾燥と、寒さと、ベッドの硬さと、睡眠できないのは考えモノです。
