• A security deposit will be held on your credit card upon arrival (card must be physically present and in the guest’s name).



• The amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay (release times vary by bank).



• In case of damage or violation of rules, we reserve the right to withhold part of the deposit to cover the costs.

Tourist Tax

To be paid in cash on arrival, according to local regulations.

Booking Details

• Klodge accommodations are private properties managed as short-term tourist rentals, pursuant to Italian Law 431/98 and Article 21bis of Regional Law 16/17 of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia.



• As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.



• Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term holiday rentals.

Online Check-in and Rental Agreement

• After booking, online check-in is required (upload of ID documents and a selfie for each guest).



• Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the GDPR.



• Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian, with an English courtesy copy provided.

Key Collection

Keys and documents are collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting

A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the required bags and dispose of all waste correctly before departure.

• After 1:00 AM → only upon prior approval
