"Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, pillows were fantastic. Great location as well. We only wish there was more access to water stations as the one downstairs was broken. Overall, we’d stay again!"

"I visited Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia. Pennsylvania March 28- April 2 2026. I had a horrible experience at Club Quarter. The rooms were extremely small. The hotel indicated they served breakfast on Expedia and when I inquired about the time of breakfast, they laughed it off saying “everyone asks about breakfast.’ My colleague was disabled and had a wheelchair and his room did not meet ADA accommodations standards. I opted in getting a bigger room for an additional fee. The room had cigarette burns on the carpet, hair in the shower and makeup stains on the walls. It appeared there was no housekeeping in that area of the hotel. I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with my hotel and the experience. Further, the lobby door would not open upon entering everyday. The hotel is located in a bad area and the homeless is everywhere. "

"Unfortunately the room was not clean… first room smelled like moldy.. They changed the room for us right away which was nice but in new room didn’t have good heat system, we were not comfortable staying and the TV didn’t work at all, disconnecting every 15min, didn’t seem cleaned well, big hair ball was in the bathroom, floor was dirty… we were family of 4, they only gave us 2 towels. Also one of receptionist was not professional or nice at all, hostility was not in this hotel. Bad experience "

"It was perfect, place was clean, food was very good and overall my stay was WONDERFUL "

"I had a good stay. However, on the checkout day, I left the room early to take my larger bags to the car. When I came back, housekeeping had started cleaning the room and threw away some items that were not garbage. This was disappointing. "

"Staff was friendly, rooms are clean. No free breakfast. The first night an alarm went off twice telling us to vacate immediately. Seems the drinkers in the lobby were having fun. I would have expected a discount on my 3 night stay invoice for the interruptions."

"Very expensive for parking fee even you stay with the hotel. It is not reasonable."

"The rooms need to be worked on to be updated, but was livable. Matt at the counter helped with directions for the Philly game and getting some water that was not provided in my room which did not know about. "
