"The beach and pool were great, easily accessible. Plenty of activities to enjoy. We booked the submarine and swimming with the manta rays. The food at the luau was delicious and event was top notch. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay! "

"Pictures cannot describe how beautiful this place is! You never want to leave. There are at least 5 spots that compete for becoming your favorite one: overlooking the whole area in the crow's nest, sitting on chairs in the ankle deep section of the pool, sitting at the bar outside overlooking the pool area and ocean, reading on the cushioned lawn chairs on the patio in the shade, sitting on the sofas with the pocket doors wide open, etc. In short: the perfect vacation home. Very nicely decorated with art. You feel at home immediately.The three bedrooms each have their own, very quiet, split air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own, spacious bathroom.It's located in a very safe area. All attractions of the island can be reached conveniently and it's only a short run to Target, Costco, restaurants, and the town.The beautiful, sandy beach, Hapuna Beach, is less than half hour away. There is also a little beach in walking distance where you can get into the ocean.It's about a 2 hour drive to the volcano.Swimming with manta rays is close by."

"Great location and lovely house! We felt like we were walking into paradise and we had a great week. The pool and view were perfect for our family. Being able to walk a short way to a perfect beach as well as the short drive into town really made things stress free. The bedroom areas are roomy and private. The kitchen is very well stocked. The stove/oven and microwave definetly could use an update as well as having to light the BBQ with a lighter but we were able to have great family meals. Any questions or concerns we had were handled quickly and so pleasantly. We appreciated the many quality pool towels as well as chairs and 'toys' we could use in the pool and take to the beach. This was a splurge vacation for our family and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed the sunsets daily. "

"We had a wonderful time with our family at this house celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. The house was exactly what you see in the photos. It was clean, newly updated and very comfortable for our family of 10. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and having 4 bedrooms with king beds was a plus. The extra bunk room was perfect for the kids. We also loved that the house was conveniently located close to grocery stores and farmers markets. We loved swimming in the pool and exploring the tide pools behind the house every day. Snorkeling at the Keiki beach located a few steps down the road was a highlight for us. We had an incredible week and would recommend this house to anyone. "

"Absolutely Outstanding!!!! Beautiful home in every way!! We felt like family visiting!! Nothing but perfect!! The Keiki pond was so much fun. We walked to old town Kona several times for dinner or a snorkel spot. Every room has a breath taking view! Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is a chefs kitchen. It has everything you could need!! Can’t wait to return!!"
