"Very good location, mostly central and with view of caldera. If you can walk up and down the steep stairs then np with you staying there. The host , George is an excellent person, always helpful The breakfast was good also with varieties and you can have in your room and or patio. We went in off season and it was cold, Santorini was warming up for the summer party 🎉 so I can't comment on the noise level from the late night parties and also crowd level. The bus stop is very nearby from where you can get buses to places but limited timetable and very rude staff, driver and everything there, not a great service level from them. Lots of restaurants and fast food places although most of their were closed due to off season. Things were painted , renovated for the peak season. Try Chinese food from Asia club, very yummy and excellent portions. Veg soup was 😲 It's in market square nearby. The hotel isn't a 3/4 star conventional hotel type and I think all the hotels are like that, cave type. One thing I need to caution you. The patio floor, it's all marble or stone made and the AC units are located there which discharges water and with the hotel sleeper on you can have a huge fall and break your waist/leg. "This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was incredible, the breakfast was delicious, the staff were so so kind and attentive, and the views from our room were breathtaking. We stayed during the offseason during March which was nice it was more quiet and private. During peak season I imagine it might be a different experience with more people at the hotel. The room’s balconies are very close to each other so you will hear your neighbors if you are lounging on the patio. Lots of stairs to get down to get to the hotel itself but so worth it. Staff was kind enough to help us with our bags coming down and up the stairs. Definitely recommend this hotel! We stayed at three different hotels during our trip as we were traveling Greece and this hotel was my absolute favorite. "

"We had an absolutely magnificent 2 days in Santorini at Porto Fira Suites! It's in an excellent location in Fira - so close to shops, dining, but the most incredible part is the view - absolutely STUNNING! Our Senior Suite was the perfect size for my husband and I along with our two daughters. Beautifully and tastefully decorated with windows overlooking the sea and sunset. The service was impeccable from helping us with coordinating airport transport, to the porter who lugged our luggage down 85 stairs, to the manager who walked us through the history of the island and recommendations on activities & dining, to the bartender who made the best aperol spritz! We also really enjoyed our private balcony where we ate breakfast al fresco. We cannot recommend this hotel enough!"

"We had an incredible stay at On the Cliff. Beautiful property in the perfect location in Fira. Simona (front desk) was beyond helpful and friendly, which made us feel at home prior to us arriving. Highly recommend this spot. The room had a beautiful jacuzzi tub which was breathtaking during sunset. Breakfast in the morning was also delicious and surpassed expectations. Thanks simona and the whole team! We hope to be back! "

"The villa we stayed at was beautiful, it was not far from town center or the airport. The receptionist tried calling and helping us with a tour but it was our fault, we didn't say anything the day before. Even with that everyone was very friendly and helpful to us. It was super relaxing and slow. The weather was beautiful, it was before tourists season. A lot of mosquitoes but that's life, all with coming to this place."
