The hosts, Spiros and Hiroko, go above and beyond to help you during your stay whether it’s advice on buses or day trips, recommendations for restaurants etc and are just generally lovely to chat with. "A perfect location, there are many dining options, attractions, shopping, travel agencies, car rentals nearby. Very nice and helpful staffs. Room is clean and comfort. The breakfast is also delicious, and the dining area is also very comfortable."

"Wonderful breakfast, lovely room. A bit of mix up regarding city tax that was collected upon checking in and again at check out. No one informed us the tax was per night. I would have thought all taxes would have been collected at check in."

"Adonis was a gracious host, and we especially enjoyed talkig with Nikki, who was part of the staff. Our apartment was spacious, and had a nice balcony with a nice city view that also looked out on the Fortezza. Adonis oriented us to the neighborhood with suggestions and a map. We had kitchen facilities that were very convenient and our bed and air conditioning made our sleep very comfortable. We were even able to easily extend our stay on short notice. We definitely recommend Palazzo Vecchio!"

"Lovely views uninterrupted. Great service from the front desk for anything we needed. Rent a car for flexibility and check out the local town and beaches for decent restaurants. Cheaper than Fira and Oia by a long way and the view is just as good over the Caldera - maybe better (the islands are closer)."
