"Friendly front desk staff. Adequate breakfast. The room was adequately clean and comfortable. Rooms do not have a fridge or microwave but one is available in lobby. Could benefit from a little update in halls (Paint/carpet) but the rooms were fine and the stay was quiet and decent.Walkable distance to most Lincoln sites. Overall, happy with the stay. "Adorable house in an excellent location in town. I noticed that the communication was odd, maybe AI? We had directions about a dishwasher and meanwhile we didn't have a dishwasher. The toilets were a little slow, but it's an old house. Beds and linens were comfortable. The parking lot is shared with the house nextdoor."
