"The only things I liked about my stay were the breakfast and the location, especially the staff working during breakfast time, who were helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The other staff members were not helpful, and I had to take care of my own luggage. Even the reception staff were acting strangely during check-in, which I was not expecting at all. Overall, I would say the breakfast and location were the only positive aspects of my stay. Unfortunately, the service and check-in experience did not meet my expectations."

"Location was exceptional to walk to the Old Town Marienplatz, Hofbrau, St Peter’s church, museums and 100 yds to a subway station to catch transportation to the airport (37 minutes on S8). Staff provided useful ideas for entertainment and restaurant recommendations. Hotel is old but charming and well maintained. As in the norm in Germany, AC is not quite what we are used to in US. Rooms are cooled but common areas kept warmer. We upgraded to a deluxe/superior room for more room for about 100 euro a night."

"Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, centrally located and only a few Minutes walk from Munich hbf. Hotel was clean, mini bar in our room was well stocked with complimentary soft drinks. Our only criticism was that the pillows were very soft, and when we asked reception for more we were told there were no extras available. We had to use towels to prop up our pillows which I wouldn’t expect from any hotel!"
