"Close proximity to the train station . The refrigerator in the room is not very cold. I realize it is a bar fridge but the beer we bought was warm even after 2 or 3 days. The reception desk was courteous and helpful. The breakfast room staff were cordial and friendly. Even a 'student' helping the regular attendant was great at handling a whiny, demanding couple who took almost all of the food from the buffet to their ow table . The breakfast had a good variety of items. The courtyard was also enjoyable, a small green and quiet space in the middle of the city with the sun shining through in the afternoon. Our room was very clean when we checked in and we truly enjoyed staying there. I would book there again."

"Location is excellent for exploring the city. Recommend not staying on 4th floor on a Sat night, as music in the bar (on 5th floor) went late. Breakfast was great and staff very helpful."

"This hotel is a great option if you’re staying in Munich since it’s just a 5 minute walk from the main train station. The room was a bit small, but not bad by European standards and the shower stall was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. Unusual for a European hotel, the room had an air conditioner which would be a game changer in warmer weather. The price was quite good for a heart of Munich hotel and for what you get it is well worth it. I wish I had stayed there my entire time in Munich instead of just the night before flying home. You will save a good bit in public transportation costs as well since you’re right there at the main station. I absolutely recommend this property."

"Location to Marienplatz is great also a short walk to the HofBraufof. Haus. It’s easy to get to on the S8 bahn from downstairs at the Munich airport for 16 Euros and a short walk. Taxi was 106 Euros Hotel is not on a busy road—quiet. I liked the breakfast and the room air conditioning. Overall a great pick for 2 days in Munich. Not exceedingly luxurious but clean"

"The location of the hotel is great, only 7 minutes walk from the train station. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The room is spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was great for sleeping in the heat (even though it’s September, it’s still quite hot). We’ll stay in this hotel again if passing through Munich."
